Disclaimer & race rules
- The event is held under the rules of ASA.
- Athletes indemnify the national, provincial and regional bodies, sponsors and organisers against any actions arising from participation.
- All runners participate at their own risk; athletes must be medically fit and supply next-of-kin contact on race number and entry form.
- Licensed athletes must wear club colours and their 2025 license number back and front, with race number on the front vest.
- Temporary licensed athletes wear plain clothing with the temporary license on the back of the vest.
- Athletes competing for category prizes must wear visible age tags front and back.
- No seconding allowed.
- No blades, cyclist or mechanically operated devices in the race.
- No animals or pets.
- All instructions from race officials and marshals must be obeyed.
- Proof of age for prize winners is required and must be presented before prize giving.
- Only entries with all required information are eligible for a prize.
- No refunds for race entries.
- No earphones or similar devices; contravention of World Athletics rule 144.3.b may lead to disqualification.
- Photography & image usage: official photographers and timing partners will be capturing images and video at this event. By registering (including a guardian or coach registering on behalf of a minor athlete), you consent to the athlete being photographed/filmed during the event and to those images being published on iRunSA's public results, event galleries and promotional materials.
